Our pieces are produced on demand, just for you. That means very little waste — and a little extra time before your order ships.
Production & shipping
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days, then shipped. Domestic delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size guide before ordering.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jason@kitchensupply.la with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
